Re: Remembering the 96

It was the first time I'd been also, however we were in the upper tier. You could see the tunnel and how obvious it is to assume that the tunnel was the entrance to all of lower tier not just the centre. The signs to left and right hand tiers are there, but you could easily miss them I'd imagine th...

Re: How good is Cristiano Ronaldo?

His form in the later stages of the CL will determine if he becomes one of the all time greats. The likes of Pele, Maradona, Zidane and Platini played for top national teams, where as Portugal dont really fall into that category. George Best is an all time great yet never even played in a major Int...

T.R.O.L.I.
Dirk Gently Just 2 words : Carlton Palmer.

"Fcuking hell, Carlton, can you not knock it"

I'd like to think that an England manager may have noticed that before he gave him an international cap.

Taylor had to play four TOP teams in Holland, Poland, Norway and Turkey I'm going to agrue with that a bit. If you take a look at the FIFA ranking for Mar '94. Norway 2nd, Holland 9th, England 12th, Poland 24th and Turkey 51st. There is no way that Poland or Turkey were top teams at that time. It w...

I As for Bobbys goal... 3 players offside, 2 definately not interfering with play and Lita standing infront of goalkeeper but not in his line of sight. I think this is tricky because if Lita wasnt there the again the outcome would have been the same as the keeper had a clear view and would not have...

It was above the ball, hit the defender on or above the ankle and was in front of the linesman. If you want to blame someone, blame the linesman as he made the recommendation to the ref Spot on H&P, not only did it catch him above the ankle, Evra's foot was well off the floor on the follow thro...

It was interesting watching Andy Gray's post match analysis with his touch screen, where he mentioned that Sonko could have come closer for to Henry for the first goal but the shot was so precise and instant, there wasn't much else sonks could have done about it The problem isnt that Sonko didn't g...

The difference is that Wenger stole those players from other clubs.

Did Beckham, the Neville brothers, Lee Sharpe come from other clubs before playing for Manchester United?

Re: Do you want Cardiff in the Premiership?

I have no problems with Wales. I like them as a country. I even had Welsh grandparents. Or to put it another way, you're half welsh. I always thought I was quarter welsh. You said grandparents rather than grandparent, so I took that as being as being two grandparents being welsh. That means ...

Like I've mentioned before but no one has picked up on it, we should be negotiating with clubs regarding possible transfer targets, our man for the job nicky hammond is instead driving down the m4, spending x-hours in nick with leroy. Why was Nicky Hammond involved at all? How many of us would take...
