windermereROYAL Just picture the last day when it`s officially announced, SSN news presenter "we`re now crossing live to the SCL stadium for some breaking news"
Pictures of hundreds of fans wandering around, some in tears, trying to get interviews but most are too upset to talk.

No offence to Bury but we will be the highest profile club to go to the wall, 152 years and out,

Hope it doesn`t come to that, but this is the biggest threat to our very existence since Maxwell.

Bury were in the top division some time before we were. Have won the FA Cup (by the biggest margin in the Final), yet we'll be higher profile ?

Are you sure ?

Yes, we were in the Premier league 10 years ago and have got bigger attendances than them for over 20 years. But we're still not big enough to provide the wake up moment. Pompey had administration in the PL and dropped as far as L2 and nothing changed.

Yes. Bury, despite some historic success, were a much smaller club than Reading are when they went bust.

It would honestly be lovely to be clubless. Visit the local club whenever I'm away for work, just see some new grounds and teams without the emotion of wanting a particular result. In many ways I look forward to the death of Reading FC.

Hi Ian, long time no speak. Have you seen the revival of Guys and Dolls at the Bridge Theatre? Highly recommended. If you’ve not been, get standing tickets instead of seats. Far superior way of seeing the show.

There’s also some interesting stuff coming up at the Almeida, although it’s getting a little over-popular for my tastes.
