As the title says really, or how often?

As a kid I did and as I grew up only wore them to Reading games, even now when I go to games I’m not really inclined to wear one.

Never. Wore an RFC one to games until about 95/96ish.

I try and get (a fake market type) one from everywhere I holiday, so i have a whole load of them. Also have been bought some interesting (cheap fake) ones by people who know I like to get them.

Yeah all the time. I used to be somewhat of a collector so I'll often wear one around the house.

I play football in them weekly. Plus when I go to games. But not generally otherwise.

Haven't worn one for about 15 years.

My missus bought me the 150 year one a couple of years ago. Can't remember ever putting it on.

I stopped wearing them to games around five years ago, but have started wearing them again in the past year or two when going to games (I put them on about ten minutes before leaving and take them off almost as soon as I'm home). The recent tops I bought (this year's away and third kits) were the first I bought in eight years.

The only other time I would consider wearing a football top would be if I'm doing physical activity that requires a highly breathable top or if I was playing a game of football. I'd describe most of my physical activity as incidental - in terms of doing physical activity as a side effect of needing to complete a task (like walking to/from the train station about 1.5 miles away) - so isn't something I'd be wearing a sports top for.

Bought one for the first time in years a few games back, when they were going for £20

Have worn it to games.

I have a collection of various ones I like, but generally only wear them these days when I'm playing walking football.

Generally for playing football and lounging around the house, but occasionally out and about since I moved.

Goosebumps when I'm walking through Bentonville and hear a local shout "Urzzzzzz".

I had one of those. Sold pretty much all my old shirts when I moved.

I get why people might wear them for doing some sport or around the house/gardening as they are comfortable and very washable.

What I don't get is adults over about 20 or so wearing them, especially fat blokes and it seems like most shirt-wearing fans are fat.
They definitely look better on women.

Probably should have put this in the getting older thread.

Presumably for the same reason. Must be quite difficult for fat people to find something comfortable to wear.

I gave all mine away when we moved … primarily because I never wore them and they needed a good home
