Swift and Moore staying?

I thought I would have seen this mentioned somewhere but I can't find it.

Accidentally (honest) hit to change stations on the car this morning from Radio 1 (my kids like it and I do like a bit of drill in the morning) to the BBC berks. The particular berk on was Andrew Peach with Adie Williams and they were saying, almost matter of fact, that one of the reasons Howe was shifted is he maybe didn't agree that the owners had blocked the sale of Swift and Moore.

Only, I've not seen this actually confirmed as having happened (the sales being blocked) but they mentioned it more than once.

Anyone know more? (or Swift, boom boom)
