Re: BFT Cardiff iFollow

Blackett could whip a good delivery in with pace. Crossing wise we are generally poor. Puscas needs the ball played in front him to attack. Not our style of football. Surely we don't yet really know our style of football? One of Bowen's weaknesses was that his plans A, B and C all revolved around J...

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

I'm not sure it's called hiding if the reason someone can't see it is because they've got their head up their arse. There's a reason he's gone on to be successful at a higher level than us. He was good Agreed. All too often when a player doesn't fit in with our style of play and/or is two footballi...

Re: BFT Cardiff iFollow

For some reason Millsy thinks he was the best crossed at the club. I counted several good crosses from him when were putting roughly no good crosses in per game, so yeah the boy can cross. Some pointed out Obita or Blackett arguably better at crossing, but they've since gone. Blackett could whip a ...

Re: BFT Cardiff iFollow

Don't want to go too overboard as we've played 3 teams who are no great shakes at the moment but Paunovic is shaping up to have a blend of good man management skills and solid tactical nous. The players look so much better drilled and disciplined than in recent years. I wonder whether it's purely d...

Money I suspect. Lower leagues are struggling financially. Managers are having to make do or find bargains. From what I heard our offer was q cut on his previous contract, which seemed pretty ridiculous given his 1st team breakthrough. But maybe the blunt reality is that is what he was worth in a C...

Re: Marc McNulty arrested for match fixing

He's been arrested; not even charged yet, let alone been convicted.

The only way the club could get rid of him at this stage unless they paid off his contract in full.

Re: BFT Cardiff iFollow

Very encouraging performance that. Managed Cardiff's shithousery well, Joao's injury seemed an awkward fall and Araruna's not contact based. Bit slow to start but grew into it and looked the better side. Took our chances ruthlessly. I imagine we're significantly out performing our xGoals again. :ro...

Where did he get 9 minutes from.

He certainly didn't spend much time issuing cards!

I think only two Cardiff players were booked. It should have been four or five.

You're right. It's incredible that Sean Morrison escaped without one.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Cardiff City (a) sponsored by Chris Casper

Feel for Araruna on a personal level. Done better than many expected with Yiadom out and may have been well set for a run in a team. But, unless it's minor, you'd assume a new RB is a certainty now and he may have a challenge to get back in. I fear from his reaction that it's a knee ligament issue....

I'll stick my neck out and say I'll see how the first month or two goes before deciding which hill to plant my flag on and die over him. I will say that if he significantly blocks opportunity for McIntyre, Holmes or Richards and isn't here next season I'm likely to be pissed. boring fence sitting I...

Interesting* blog from the Colchester chairman here who details how revenue works from iFollow streams. https://www.cu-fc.com/news/2020/september/club-statement/ In short, the home team get all the revenue from home fans who purchase iFollow streams as well as all the revenue from the first 500 awa...

Win yes but awful performance overall. Swift looked like he didnt want to be here never once chased a lost ball. Very sloppy midfield and no pace until Meite came on. We won 2-0. Everything else you have said is irrelevant. It would irrelevant if this was the 46th game of the season. I'm not saying...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Barnsley (h) sponsored by a trip down t'pit

Yiadom injured again, hasn't he missed every game Reading have played against Barnsley since he left them? Chance for Araruna to step up... Yiadom seems even more injury prone than Joao. I like Araruna but still think we need more cover in that position given the frequency with which Yiadom appears...

Decent approach from the club once again and one that is likely to suit most supporters. My Fake Hoops supporting neighbour was moaning about their approach but, having looked on their site, it really doesn't seem that bad. Yes, they want the full price up front but are providing free live streaming...

I swear this is true. Newport County (when they were working their way back from non-league) signed two midfielders midweek and it was their debut at home, Saturday Can't remember the error but they both screwed up in the first thirty seconds of the game Within seconds the fans were screaming for t...

Re: BFTiFollow - Luton (h) - Carabao Cup

Yes he was poor but what exactly do you expect from him? To both fashion his own chances and score them too? If he was capable of doing that he wouldn't be in the Champiobship. He had no service and was playing in front of 2, out of form, strikers. Where exactly do you expect the chance creation to...
