Re: BFT well I don’t know what to call it without resorting to a lot of naughty words

Injuries plus Blackett wanting to leave have contributed to the downturn. Blackett and Ejaria had a special relationship on the left side of the attack. They both had an understanding of when to run and when to hold, and they linked up for a few goals/chances Until the clown dropped Blackett, or pu...

Re: Bowen Out.

We're crying out for a manager that plays a high tempo, high intensity level style on/off the ball. Can't remember the last manager we had that actually got us playing decent, attacking, high tempo football. Maybe one month under Adkins where we were scoring for fun Replace manager with players. Fa...

Re: Worst crowd

windermereROYAL Nothing to do with our appalling home record on a cold night in February then?

No. I'd use the money saved by not having a season ticket to fund some more Saturday away trips. Enjoy my live footie too much. Nothing like actually being there.

Re: Worst crowd

Little point in having a season ticket or travelling to midweek league games when they are all televised. Cheaper to stay at home.

Re: BFT well I don’t know what to call it without resorting to a lot of naughty words

JR Form dipped ever since we started making 11 changes for FA Cup games.

We were building some great momentum and have blown it. Gentle tinkering was all that was required.

Re: BFT well I don’t know what to call it without resorting to a lot of naughty words

If there was ever a performance to analyse players characters and ability that was it. Just didn't turn up. How can an 18 year looked so much better than a group of experienced pros? Somebody seriously needs to get a grip of our transfer policy. January appears to have been another wasted opportunity.

3points Maybe RTGs, but I'd take Beerens into this current squad,

Underrated. Would fit in really well into the current line up.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wigan Athletic (h) sponsored by Nicky Forster

Wigan could be a tough nut to crack. Our form is not great and whilst theirs isn't exactly stonking, they've only lost once in the last six and in their last 2 away picked up a good win against Leeds and a draw against Cardiff. We need to be on our game and our home record isn't great. Plus Wigan s...

Re: Bowen Out.

The majority of people on here seem to think he's the second coming... Personally I think that whilst he may better than we've had for a while, his football is insipid and his team selections / tactics are at times bewildering. Its probably a sign of how shit things have been that people are willin...

Re: Bowen Out.

Wimb Throughout Howe's tenure the transfer policy has been muddled and inconsistent, dating back to the Steve Clarke loan army of 2015/16.

Not Howe's role to decide which players are bought. Far too many owners are buying into football clubs with the expectation that money alone buys promotion.

The team now has a structure and style. Changes and additions to the playing squad will now at least have a purpose.

Re: Bowen Out.

you could argue we lost promising , developing players such as Howe/Barrett and to all intents and purposes Loader. Barrett's overall game isn't enough. Howe is far from the finished article, Loader probably has had his head turned. To seriously challenge in the top half of the Championship. Only s...

Re: Bowen Out.

Having watched every minute of all 3 games. More questions than answers still remained. The squad wasn't up to the style that Gomes was trying to impose. The latter two were exactly the sort of "digging in" away results we're lauding Bowen for surely. Another day both games would have bee...
