Re: Euro 2020

RG30 And if the venues are moved from say London to Baku then you ain’t entitled to a refund. I can’t see how the multi country format survives. Inevitable it will be one country as hosts.

Really? I need to read the small print
Mine are all here so I hope they’d stay here but who knows?!

Re: Euro 2020

RG30 Presumably those with tickets got the UEFA email yesterday regarding tickets? Feels like taking the refund now is the only real option. Can’t see full capacity crowds allowed in by the time the tournament starts.

Or take the chance to go and be there albeit in a reduced crowd?

Haven't decided

Re: Ex Players

Well, well, well what a surprise. Next stop Newport or Wrexham? Just incredible that the valid criticism that many of us leveled at Gunter for years, yet was dismissed by many, has been noticed within half a season by another fan base. Or it just shows that homophobia is as rife amongst the Charlto...

Re: Ex Players

Nameless
Whore Jackie Chelsea's longest serving player, Lucas Piazon, has left after 10 years, with one league appearance, 9 years ago. On loan with us and six other clubs, he's joined Braga on a four year deal.

Surely he’s due a testimonial ?

Decent player and worth us having him if only for the song

Re: Royals on the Box/Internet Thread

Our away fixture at Preston North End has been pushed back to a 12.30pm kick-off on Sunday 24th January, having been selected for live Sky Sports coverage. This broadcast selection means supporters will not be able to watch the match via iFollow. https://mobile.twitter.com/ReadingFC/status/13493555...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

Yep bored of this argument now (though no doubts that won't stop Ian debating it for the rest of the week  ), so this is the last I'll say on it I can understand people disagreeing and thinking that we should put more emphasis on the Cup. In other seasons and circumstances I'd also expect us ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

Again to those questioning the team - who would you have played? Rino, Morrison, Laurent have played virtually every minute. Ovie looks like he needs a rest. Anyone who says Joao I’m not going to respond to you Richards? Maybe but good opportunity to see his understudy Swift - maybe but again just ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

I’d have liked to have seen Swift personally but A) the pitch was very heavy B) I’ve no idea how fit he is or how his hamstrings are. They’ve specialists who would be advising on whether the best thing for him was to play this game or not. No doubts Pauno fully focussed on having him fit as possibl...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

Wow...how times change. We are knocked out of the FA Cup by Luton and some folks are pretty OK about it ?? Puskas and Swfit have played something like just ELEVEN league games this season BETWEEN THEM !!! Surely, one or both could have played some part today ? Resting them for what ?? They are prof...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

IMO that’s a missed opportunity Should be using the cup either to try and progress or experiment with something new. Playing that combination on the right hand side and Baldock by himself neither helps our chances of winning as they don’t work or gives us the chance to learn something new Puscas an...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

I really hate that we treat the FA Cup like this but it's a difficult one. Squad is light, playoffs a serious possibility and the fact the senior deadwood in our team offer bugger all really gives the manager a problem. Yep And very frustrating that we had a great chance to progress here and didn't...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

Lots of pressure and some decent saves from Luton keeper Had we scored from Aluko I think we'd have gone on to win comfortably As it is I reckon we're done for Such a shame. A slightly stronger squad could see us through and give the younger players more opportunities. As with the league cup, he's ...
