Re: BFTG - Wednesday Home

Good solid performance. Got lucky with the first goal and probably against the run of play. But it certainly lifted the team. Roy very composed with the second. Predictable onslaught towards the end but we defended well overall. Have also seen the reply on Sky and their left back should definitely g...

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Tom McIntyre is very well regarded at the club. He was injured for most of last season so has done fantastically well to make the u23's team. This chap is going places.

'Royals' by Lorde

You will never be Royals, Royals
It’s not in your blood
That kind of lux is just for us
We create a different kind of buzz
We will be your ruler, ruler
You can calls us queen bee
And then we’ll rule, we’ll rule, we’ll rule, we’ll rule
You won’t live that fantasy

Re: Flat reading fans!

Singing from away fans is often better than from home fans - it's a sort of tribal thing when you travel away. 'Bill Oddie' sounds great when it's sang at other grounds, but at The Mad Stad it just doesn't have the same effect. I think the problem is that it's not a song that most Reading fans would...

Rumour - Didier Digard

English Premier League side Reading are interested in Nice midfielder Didier Digard, a player who has been central to coach Claude Puel’s team this season. Digard has enjoyed a fine first half of the season on the French south coast, playing in all 19 of Nice’s Ligue 1 games so far and helping the t...

Re: Team for Chelsea

Not sure why you'd pick Hunt to start over ALF, when ALF scored and Hunt came on for Pog against Stoke. Because when we've played "bigger" teams in the past we tend to play 4-4-2 when attacking and 4-4-1-1 when defending with it usually tending to be Hunt as the man dropping back a little...

Re: Back from the Game - Stoke City (H)

Well earned point. Could have won it. Sorry if you're the bloke I accidently head butted when Harte's shot just went over the bar. Feds - 7 - Did well (apart from their goal of course) Gunter - 6 - Looked a bit nervous Harte - 7 - Equiped himself well. I think he'll have tougher games coming up Gork...
