Ipswich were 5 points adrift at the bottom when he took over and he has made them hard to beat and done well there, he could maybe do that for us.

I'm hearing strong rumours we are going to make an approach for McCarthy, he apparently has a clause in his contract at Ipswich about leaving for a higher division team meaning compensation would be minimal, Would we be happy with this? Seems to have turned Ipswich around!
