Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

Would add Sean Morrison in, probably in place for Dickie Think I’d have Bacuna as backup RB instead of Howe too Yeah good shouts. Thought about Morrison after I made the post, but had completely forgotten about Bacuna. Bacuna playing really well for Cardiff at the moment by all accounts. Tracked ba...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

Proof once again you have no clue about football, maybe pick a different sport to be wrong about constantly so we don't have to read any of the bollocks that you come out with. Why are you being like this again :?: You know that notice about feeding the trolls ? Yes, a definite feeling of deja vu

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

It's got to be Oxford just so we don't have to listen to OMA squirting over Wycombe's manager endlessly. Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

Ake and Mariappa are the two best options at centre back but probably not the best pairing given that they’re both tiddlers. Similarly with Murray and Long (although Long probably isn’t even the fourth best option any more) who both lack mobility. McCarthy Stacey, Ake, Dickie, Bertrand Carrico, Nor...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

Kelly’s career really fallen from grace, from going to Feyenoord to not making it off the bench at League 1 level, even with six substitutes available

At least we’ll have some sort of derby next year, no doubt our away game against the winner will be right at the start though

Wondering if we could see something like this for the last couple of games maybe... .........................Cabral Araruna, Morrison, Osho, Richards ................Rinomhota, East Nevers, ............Olise,........ Re: Playoffs 2019/20

Looking like a Wembley showdown between Wycombe and Oxford at the moment. Oxford drew 1-1 at Pompey. Was a good result for Oxford Pompey only lost one home game since the beginning of January 2019 True but they have also never won a play-off game in their history. That’s not a great record But then...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

Home and away are irrelevant at the moment though In some aspects, it’s still relevant, e.g. knowing the dimensions of the pitch, type of surface A professional pitch is a pitch, sorry urrzzz i disagree. It's like when people say "oh he played slightly out of position from cdm to cb so that's ...

We could have a very promising future with a spine of: .........................McIntyre, Richards ...........Rinomhota ......................Olise And that's just Academy graduates with a few caps between them already. Southwood doesn't seem far off in goal. Holsgrove too. Plus there's East, Never...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

What a great oxf*rd game we had tonight. Wycombe gave Fleetwood a pasting, 2 red cards and missed penalty. I would love to see them up in the league. Re: Playoffs 2019/20

If Wycombe do come up, could it be a step too far like Yeovil and they and up overstretchibg themselves and tumble back down the divisions? Perhaps but once you get the chance to move up a division, you may as well take it Some people were saying it was too early for us to go up in 2017. We didn’t ...

Winston Biscuit Lee Johnson gone from Bristol City

Excellent news! Reading win 5-0 and that poisonous dwarf has been sacked.

Small man syndrome is the best way to describe Johnson

Re: VAR

VAR is shit at the moment...I'm tired of not celebrating goals! The last Utd offside goal*...no way the linesman could see that! He guessed correctly! The freekick that was allowed was prolly offside (by mm's). If they can speed it up, cool...if not sack it off! Yeah, been some dubious decisions re...

He can pass too though. One lovely pass out to the flank in the first half was a gem. He is as brave as they come too, Time for an extended run in the side and at the expense of Moore Why is there so much hate on social media for Moore (not this specific post Zip)? He cares deeply for the club and ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

Tbf to Ejaria, sticking him in the left wing is plainly a waste imo (as it would be for Swift and Olise) but then we have a manager who it appears doesn’t really use proper wingers until things look desperate. He's in a pretty difficult spot. If he uses proper wingers he basically has to drop two o...

Re: 2019/20 Season - How will it end?

Would make most sense to me not to scrap the League Cup, but to get rid of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy or whatever it is called these days. Make the League Cup the 'football league (non-PL) cup', you keep it and its history, and you reduce fixtures for the bigger sides. I’d agree with both aspects...

Re: SpuROFLs

Mourinho's been a busted flush since his ego ate the rest of him about half a decade ago. He's the epitome of a manager who'll give you a short term dead cat bounce and then leave you in a shambles worse off. I almost think he’s trying too hard to be a success now, to prove to others he still has t...
