Re: This Team, WhoScored

After a quick look I'm pretty certain Swift and Morrison are guarenteed to be in this weeks Whoscored team of the week. Swift was the highest ranked CM with 8.2 and Morrison scored higher than that so I presumed he will be amongst the highest.

Re: This Team, WhoScored

On top of McIntyre doing so well, I see Morrison got an 8.4, Swift 8.2, These are very good scores Assuming they are based on both half’s of the game imagine what their split score for the second half must have been ! Before I watched the highlights/extended highlights I'd thought we did nothing fi...

Re: BFTG Huddersfield Away

As I said all last season when Swift was an utter waste of space, deliver goals and the rest of your performance is forgiven. Being shit for 80% of the game is fine if you produce the goods. Saying that, you can't be said to have bossed the game if you did nothing for 80% of it just because in the ...

Re: BFTG Huddersfield Away

Not if he’s a passenger for the 99% of the time he’s in midfield. Striker probably yes. Re-read it. If we win because of him why the oxf*rd would you care if he was a passenger for 99% of it? As I said all last season when Swift was an utter waste of space, deliver goals and the rest of your perfor...

Because central midfield is no place for passengers. Yes he might set up two goals we might get dicked for ...

I’ve read this several times and I still don’t get any of it. What is he trying to say?

No idea. I just assumed he was being a dick.

Re: BFTG Huddersfield Away

Don’t really care if he then sets up 2 goals as well as another 4 chances on top of that You’re a difficult man to please CR :) A player can be shit for 99% of a game if for 1% he assists 2 goals to help his team win in my book. Not if he’s a passenger for the 99% of the time he’s in midfield. Stri...

Re: BFTG Huddersfield Away

Swift bossing it in the highlights. Looks a really good player this year, system is suiting him and Ovie perfectly Swift was shocking for 80% of that game. From Despair To Where? Can't see Gomes being remotely interested in Stoke. That's got Hughton written all over it.

Hell probably do a job if he goes there. Next seasons winners...

Agreed. He'll take them up then get sacked by Christmas.

When do we play Stoke? I hope its soon.

Nameless Has Tom Mc played in a home game yet ?

No. I think his debut was at Rotherham.

I wonder what the most number of appearances made by a player before they make their home debut. He’ll play at Plymouth so that would be 4....

Hes going to love it when he gets to play at home.

Re: BFTG Huddersfield Away

WestYorksRoyal Sounds like McIntyre coped well. If Miazga is out for a while, is it simply a case of slotting him in and keeping the same system?

It's a must for me. May not have been a system I supported. In fact I was vocally against it but it's been great. Must keep this shape for consistencies sake.

Re: BFTG Huddersfield Away

If we can pump out away results like our last 2 consistently over the season we might finish higher than my predicted 12th.. Rafael - 7 - Quiet game for the bloke but did well when he needed to. One awful long pass out of play (he seems to do this once a game) and an odd choice at one of their first...

He's averaging 4 saves a match, which is the third highest in the division. Both the players above him have only played one match. Yes. How many shots on target hes saved have been inside the box? I repeat I wasnt disparaging him with my comment. I was pointing out that our defenders and Pele have ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (a) sponsored by Steve Francis

It's not all about shots as a goalkeeper: his defensive organization and command of area has prevented a lot of chances in these games from happening. The guy is class. Oh he appears to be a very decent keeper. Still worry about his long distribution. If you see my other response you'll see what i ...

Taken from Hudds matchwatch: 47 minutes ago GBJ Yorkie said: Cant believe they left puscas on the bench. He destroyed Cardiff last week. Because they’ve watched us. Let us wear our selves out trying to get a non existent goal- bring him on late in the game and walk around our defenders It’s called ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (a) sponsored by Steve Francis

Very happy with that. We really should get a good gate for Charlton. They have sold out their section of the South Stand. Beat them and we will in a healthy position. Beat them is looking a tricky ask but we haven't looked this competent in a long time. I'm hoping we rest well for Plymouth. We have...
