Re: Rival Watch

Apparently Lyle Taylor gave away a penalty late on Tuesday that meant Cambridge went into the final day at risk of relegation, he hit back at (legit) criticism on social media (not heard any suggestion of racist abuse etc) and then walked out of the club on Wednesday. What a wrong 'un. He was certa...

Re: Weekend Football

Keeping an eye on that Burnley Forest game If Burnley can pick up a couple of points that is gonna be a cracker. I so want Forest to go down. They offer bugger all in the PL. If a team survives with 29/30 points, they should be embarrassed. I would say relegate all 4 of them and give the 3 Champion...

Based off no ITK knowledge, I'm predicting Friday 10 May. 6 weeks + 3 days after exclusivity announced. You heard it here first.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Blackpool (h)

Surprised I haven't seen more piss taking for celebrating like we won the league on Saturday when we finished 17th. Obviously those who have experienced the past few years know exactly why, but still an easy cheap shot to make. It didn’t really have celebration vibes, though, just last-day applause...

Re: Who do we want to play next season?

Brum in L1 would be interesting. Very ambitious, wealthy owners but as we have learnt that's no guarantee of success. But if they may better decisions, they could blow everyone out of the water financially.

windermereROYAL Somebody has posted a video of Lee Johnson in the upper west today...don`t even think about it.

If they do that on day 1, I'm creating Sell Before We Have Nobody to Cheer-on.

Loafer
Winston Biscuit Leeds losing 2-0 to QPR. That result would send Leicester up and would surely make it unlikely Leeds would go up automatically.

Hopefully

I oxf*rd hate leeds

3-0 now. Ipswich need 5 points from their final 3 to guarantee promotion.

European football next season. What an achievement given everything that's been happening at the club.

Re: Squad Bible

Obviously the big one is Azeez, but anyone else think his form is closer towards his early season at the moment? He's always trying the spectacular and is not creating chances, even though he continues to work hard and make runs off the ball. I'd be happy if he stayed, but I'd still want us to stren...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Blackpool (h)

When was the last time the season ended and we were already excited to come back next season? As that'll be how I feel tomorrow. 20/21 perhaps as we expected fans would be allowed back? But for on pitch reasons, I'd actually go back to 2012. Even in 2017, I knew walking away from Wembley we were lik...

Re: Ex Players

Despite what has allegedly been said by others before - i struggle to believe there is no sell on fee. That would be literally outrageous and a terrible piece of business. I would have to move on from Antonio in terms of worst ever transfer / contract scenario!! Why would you struggle to believe it...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

So, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, Redwood have lead money and Dai's shares in the club are the collateral - so if the deal falls through and Dai/the club default on repayments of that loan, Redwood can claim the shares as repayment? Therefore essentially getting the club for no...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

The next month is going to be super boring isn’t it. Nothing to play for other than pride and momentum to take into next season in the remaining two games. Contract negotiations and releases likely mostly on hold for the takeover. Blackout on takeover info until its done or falls through. Speculati...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

UpThePrem So the charge is for 240M sharea at 50p. I'm no expert , so does that mean its costing £120M?

That's their nominal value, which reflects what Dai originally put into the club when they were issued. It doesn't reflect their market value, which is substantially less than 50p per share.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Nothing is done until it's done. But if Dai wants to change his mind, he has to repay all money lent over April and May otherwise the club and Bearwood can be seized at which will be a cut price.

https://twitter.com/AndrewWearing/status/1783779565636067666 Another charge reported on Twitter. This time Redwood have lent money to Dai's holding company and his shares in Reading FC are the collateral. Suggests things are close. If they're loaning money to his HoldCo, it suggests it's not funding...

Re: Ex Players

If we do have an Olise sell on clause, could it complicate the takeover? If Dai's representatives tell him there's a potential windfall coming this summer, he may want to amend the terms of any sale to ensure he gets his share.
