Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

The US investors will always want to make money, and that means aiming for the top league. Interesting to listen to the US Bournemouth owner last night on his plans, and the Birmingham City expansion plans. We already have the stadium, but needs more use. Buy the land around the ground from the Thai...

Re: How early have you taken your children to a game and it be ok?

I've known friends who gave taken their younger kids to games. One was freaked by the roar of the crowd when we scored, and has been put off since. Another has been a few times but is bored by having to sit in a seat for 90 mins. Maybe with friends could be different, and of course the concourse foo...

Re: “ Sell before we Dai (to someone fit and proper)“ supporters action group v2.3b sponsored by Sports Direct Tennis Ba

Now that the abandonment option has been played, what's the next step then? Let's see the response from the EFL - their options are a range across points deduction, forfeiture, number of homes games to be played behind closed doors, prohibiting our attendance at away games etc. Don't see why we woul...

To those thinking of pitch invasions, or getting games abandoned........... Our best form has coincided with the absence of disruptive protests to games. Game abandonment actions don't have my support, nor that of many others. Dai doesn't care; it's his money, his club. If he chooses to fund from sa...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Barnsley (h)

Did the tennis ball protest change momentum away from Reading - Sky suggested they did? Do you think we'll get a stadium ban; would think EFL will be considering this as the protests happen evey game now?

The protest was well covered by ITV and our plight clearly has a lot of UK support, so credit to them. Up to the 16 min Reading were in the ascendancy but we lost our momentum, Eastleigh scored and we lost. Becoming a farce if the protests go up a step in games, and certainly would not be being done...

Not paying the staff and HMRC again is inexcusable, but genuinely think Dai has a problem getting the funds. Am sure he wants out for the good of everyone and will take a big hit on his investment when he does Any protest that interfers with a game in progress won't hasten his departure and will fur...

Re: “ Sell before we Dai “ supporters action group v2.2

Dai had the option to not accept the EFL judgment. He accepted the 125% call, but clearly hasn't got the money. Lets see if he now fails to pay wages this month or next?Totally incompetent owner, and the club and fans will continue to suffer until he goes.

Re: CONFIMRED - Paul Ince sacked

We went down as a result of the owners failure to manage the club properly, and the 6 point penalty applied in April was the killer. We all saw the shoulders drop, on and off the pitch. Players that we got were here because no one else wanted them and the defence was woeful. We flattered to deceive ...

Re: transfer deadline day thread

Thing is Holmes has struggled over the last 3 years, shown to be very short on pace and tactical nouse. Individually not his fault we were relegated, but part of a consistently leaky defence. As others have said, maybe deeper than just form, but hopefully back and improved when he re-emerges to push...

Re: HMRC Winding up petition/order

Given up with Dai. Once bitten......... Bad management of finances and cashflow is inexcusable and has damaged the Reading brand. Will take a long time to recover. After 20 years as a ST holder have not renewed. Will go occasionally and chose the games whilst we remain in 3rd tier. I'll choose how I...
