Winston Biscuit In Neil Lennon's 1st spell at Celtic he had a win % of 70.04

in Neil Lennon's 2nd spell at Celtic he had a win % of 70.00

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a)

Sorry, forgot. As much as I don't think Pauno is covering himself in glory at the moment with tactics, there's really no excuse for professional footballers not being able to do what they are paid to do. Much as the tactics may have been questionable, you'd expect a decent striker to be able to at l...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a)

Given that I'm in a mixed marriage (Mrs F's family are Wycombe fans  ) I though I'd take some time away from the keyboard (and the house) before giving any sort of view on that debacle. Well, time hasn't really dulled my impression that it was really, really shite. The Sky red button gives no ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Middlesbrough (h)

I don't know if the science has been done for football but in rugby it has. If you have two rugby players travelling at say, 14-second 100M pace when they collide they impart a force X which is the two speeds multiplied together That speed is 11.2 MPH so their COMBINED speed is 125 MPH If they are ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Middlesbrough (h)

I think it's safe to say one of the best players the country has produced could probably hack it in the second tier even if his fitness wasn't comparable. I mean look at Akinfenwa. He's hardly peak fitness. It doesn't take much to look at old games and see they're played at different fitness levels...

Re: LOLiverpooLOL - Next Season

he then tries to trip him so defo a pen Surely the first offence is the one that gets penalised? In which case CL’s dive gets pulled up, then the kick to Trent’s head, then the dive as a result of that, so maybe the 4th offence is Trent’s leg coming up as a reaction to being kicked in the head. Great stuff. If the chasing pack all win their games in had they will drop to 9th. Klopp needs to go . Give over. There's no way in hell the most successful manager they've had will go If anything it shows how much they relied on big virg I think Bob Paisley may have had something to say abo...

Only seen a still of it. I think is knee is offside, it a close one though. Did the lino give it offside in real time? I can see exactly why he would if he did, based on the body shapes of the two players. He did. Umpires call Fair enough then for me. Doesn’t look like a glaring mistake. Yep, I wou...

A (relatively) short bad patch doesn't make them a bad team at all Likewise, one good result doesn't put them back where they were I still don’t think performances were really too much of an issue . Sure, they weren’t hitting the heights of last season, but that’s almost impossible The main issues ...
