Silver Fox Those attention seeking belmonts are hardly going to learn when Arteta says the Arsenal fella shouldn't have got a red for an absolute shocker

And as for Arteta saying Vardy should’ve been sent off ...

One of the most embarrassing things you'll ever see. https://twitter.com/mrgeoffpeters/status/1280630303862726657?s=20 That clip cuts off the best bit, the cry of "HOWWWW!?" - absolutely finished me https://twitter.com/CosmoKh4n/status/1280608754988396545 Just had a quick look and it make...

Re: BFI Follow Huddersfield

Alternative names are not uncommon though are they ?

Ronaldhino springs immediately to mind (only because he's one of the few whose real name I knew)

Those known by first names is becoming a trend as well
Pedro
Neymar
Trent
Allison

Actually, it seems that Brazil is the epicentre

Re: Rival Watch

I can't decide if it's trolling or breakdown. The former. Classic use of the ‘everything I said is factual’ line also used by Carbooter. Ignoring the fact that the facts don’t support the arguement ! Both teams made 6 changes to their teams for the cup fixture. End of discussion. Fact. I was surpri...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

It's got to be Oxford just so we don't have to listen to OMA squirting over Wycombe's manager endlessly. Proof once again you have no clue about football, maybe pick a different sport to be wrong about constantly so we don't have to read any of the bollocks that you come out with. Why are you being...

Re: Reading Rated?

I guess the big proviso of our last 6 games is that the ones we didn't lose were all against teams in the bottom 8 and the 3 teams we did beat have picked up a combined total of 17 points from their last 6 games, less than a point a game. So we beat the dross, are reasonably competative against OK ...

Re: Back from I Follow Luton

Think we need to sign a CB regardless, but get Moore off the books and a decent fee for him £3m+ and that would probably fund two in fee and wages. Seems reasonable. I don't know why but CB seems to me the one position that while you can have super players like Sonko, the threshold seems a lot lowe...

Re: Back from I Follow Luton

From a rough count, I make it: Away: P15, W6, D5, L4 - 1.5 ppg Home: P15, W6, D3, L6 - 1.4 ppg Convert a couple of those home losses to draws (like Stoke) and it ain't too bad at all. As is, over a season it's 67 points, solidly top half I'd say. Certainly better than Gomes did last season and he g...

Re: Rival Watch

Maybe a step too far for Colin this time. New manager bounce gone after 1 game? Millwall Bristol Us Cardiff Weds Think they will think 7pts is feasible which may be enough. Lost their last two, but they should be ok, especially if the Wigan deduction is upheld. That's the real point. They only have...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

May have been mentioned already, but when was the last time we’d had a player score 4 in a game ? I remember John Alexander doing it years ago but must have been someone since then ! And an 8 goal swing across successive games can’t happen that often either. Kerry Dixon may have been mentioned a fe...

Stranded
As Meite slipped home the 5th, the on screen graphic showed we had had 36% so prob about right.

5 goals against the run of play

Must have wasted 10% of that possession kicking off 6 times.

Sutekh If Villa and Bournemouth get relegated are they likely to have FFP problems thrown at them by the FL for overspending to get promoted?

Like QPR did ?

Re: Finance

Not knowing very much about these things, wouldn’t the shares just be bought up by Mr Yongge either directly or through one of his businesses or is that not allowed? That's not necessarily the point. The point is that it is possible to issue share capital from a company without any cash being recei...

Re: Finance

Two points I would take from that: 1) Worrying that we still need this level of cash injected into the club. 2) Comforting that the owners are still willing to put their money into the club. Can't see whether any cash has been injected from that. It's possible that the shares have been issued but n...
