Re: Battle of the centre backs.

Irvinchangeyaname Morrison should have a dozen by now. Unfortunately he's only just learned how to get his header on target.

One of the main reasons I went for Pearce! Althought it seems a bit like Pearce has been asked to rush at the back post and head the ball back across the goal this season.

Battle of the centre backs.

It seems like Pearce and Morro are having a goal scoring competition for the season. Who do you think will score more goals?

My bets on Pearcey

Above 25 Vs. Below 25

I read this interesting (well.. to me..) idea of the young vs the old players in your clubs first team. I constructed these teams as "above 25" vs "below 25". Who do you think would win? ABOVE 25__________________________________BELOW 25 Adam Federici (28)________________________...

Re: #prayforhope

Look at his profile writing. We should be encouraging to do some extra training in grammar to learn how to use an apostrophe. "disappear's". How can that word EVER have an apostrophe unless anyone happens to know a Mr and Mrs Disappears. Wouldn't the apostrophe be on the other side of the...

Re: Injury table and expected return....

I seem to remember his foot got stamped on, he went off for a bit and was hobbling for the rest of the game. I didn't see what happened to Williams though. Adkins said it was a case of "welcome to the championship" when he spoke about the Drenthe and Williams injuries so with that as a cl...

Re: Hoffenheim v Leverkusen 'ghost goal'

Reading have benefitted twice from these circumstances, once v Watford a few years ago and once v Rochdale at Elm Park in 1975. On both occasions the ball missed the goal but a goal was awarded. To be fair, the Tommy Youlden shot did hit the net, just the wrong side of the post. The Watford one, ho...

Re: Roma - On course for a record start to a Serie A season

Roma sold two of their best players and have somehow gotten much, much better by replacing them with Gervinho.. Bit more than that to it, to be fair. Never heard of most of these players, but I think this goes down as a good transfer window! 21 June 2013 FW Gianluca Caprari Pescara €2,000,000 21 Ju...

Re: Fer Play?

Thing is, the keeper only threw it out cos a Norwich player was down.....its not as if Cardiff were trying to waste time They have been told not to send the ball out for injuries and the ref will stop it if he wants. You either need refs to actually stop the game more often for injuries (very abusa...
