Re: Would Doyle be stupid to go to Wolves?

Goes to Wolves, scores a bit, they go down, he can move to another club, is in a better situation than kitson who failed to score at Stoke and will now not be in demand, however moves have to be made, Doyle can score in the prem and deserves the chance to do it. good luck to whichever club he moves ...

Re: The Four Players You Would Like To Get Hold Of

Potential quality, looking at you tube and his record in Chelseas reserves and youth team.

However in now involved in the first team and would probably be better off staying there, sadly.

Re: Historic Transfer Fees

My thoughts would be programmes from past seasons. Then try to follow the player from club to club, might help tho intensive.

I would assume it covers Hob Nob Anyone fully, same as The Sun can print them on a multitude of different pages under their license.

Re: The full fixture list

Has Mr Loader purchased the relevant licence for publishing the fixture list? If not, I'd suggest the OP edits his post or a mod deletes it and any quotes referring to it. As he has listed them himself I'm guessing the answer is yes Sorry, I should have said "on the forum". I don't often ...

Re: Boing boing Coppell Coppell boing boing

Reading was a good job, and he decided to walk away, sometimes you just dont need it for a while, Coppell does not need the money, and as he is off learning even good jobs can be ignored, like 17 Buses there will be another along in 30 mins, or 3 together if no queue.

Re: Boing boing Coppell Coppell boing boing

Coppell said he wanted to go and watch others managing and coaching, to pick up new ideas and skills . then return to management in the future, no time period mentioned, but i would agree it is unlikely to be this side of Xmas.

Re: RUMOUR - Doyle to Wolves for £6.5m

Bullard was bought in the Jan window when they were doing well and lookin g good to keep doing well, £5m was the cost, no idea of wages. giovanna is listed as a free transfer from Man City, and again no idea of what his wages are. you can look here at total transfers if you want, Hull hardly took th...

Re: RUMOUR - Doyle to Wolves for £6.5m

Wolves had a young emerging team last season, they should get the chance to show they can step up, i cant see them going silly with money either, Stoke went a little silly, but WBA and Hull did not go too OTT.

When we get to the prediction thread i shall be predicting Stoke and hull to drop.

Re: The famous 11m rumour

Ian has always been mostly positive though, supporting the team and the manager. How is it all of a sudden that the plans laid down by the club are sensible, yet when Coppell was here he was oft asked to go splash the cash?? Like many I was disappointed that we did not buy some quality when in the P...

I have some spare 10 and 12.5kg weights , they are circular, we could paint them nicely, put a hook in the wall, and use the middle hole to hang them on.

Re: 6.7 million profit

I was thinking of two ways of "losing money", one can be to spend expected profits on stock or machinery, bringing forward purchases from the following year. ANd the way the banks used to set aside provisions for possible losses, which were always too much, and were able to be returned in ...

Re: 6.7 million profit

The only way RFc can fix the accounts is to take adavntage or profits and losses carried over, or am i being naive, and even then the money is still the same which ever way you look at it.

Losing money inbvolves someone else gaining it and it ending in their accounts.

Massive talk going around that Rodgers first signing will be a 12 month loan of a promising Italian young midfield player, connections with a certain José Mourinho are believed to be helping with the deal, the player had been looked at by Premier League clubs for a permanent deal, but Mourinho would...
