What does the bit at the bottom mean?

It means that there is only 1 team that Reading have played at home and Tottenham have played away and its Blackburn. Although Tottenham vs Reading should be in there aswell shouldn't it?

Technically, no, as the concept of "common opponents" is teams that we've both played - obviously, we can not play ourselves at home and Spurs can't play themselves away.
