Doobs and pearce are similar in ability, apart from Doobs has match practise and experience and Pearce doesn't, therefore I'd prefer doobs to be on bench and Pearce to be on loan so we get the best out of both.

I don't think Doobs should be in the first team, but he's a handy player who'll make sure Bikey and Ingi keep their performances up.

@ wolsey: Pearce is a better "organiser" than Duberry (just look at the Luton game), should he be starting?

Murty, I love as a player, but he's not got the ability of Rosenior any more. The thing that I think would make the most difference is the contrast in pace. Rosenior is probably our fastest player, Murty is probably our slowest.

I think we've all just carried away with our current form. Not even 6 months ago , the majority on this thread were crying out for Murts to be back in the team towards the end of last season, then when he returned at Derby for the last game we were all saying we looked much better and if he hadn't been injured before hand we may have stayed up.
Agreed that Liam is on form at the minute and the shirt is his, but it wont do any harm having Murts fighting for his place back in the team and putting pressure on Liam. Why are we saying "Murts is finished" and "he's played his last game"? Not a chance, he'll be back, and back for the good of the team. But, at the moment, if it aint broke, dont try and fix it (sorry for the cliche!)

Coppell still surely has Doobs in his mind as cover, he wouldn't let Pearce go out on loan otherwise.

I would imagine that a couple of our injureds will retire before too long, allowing us to Usher in a new era.

AlexY25 We've got one or two players who are injured or who are not quite fit yet.

Doobs is one, would there be a place for him in the team when hes back to full fitness?

Same with Graeme Murty. I notice that hes still the club captain, so does that mean when hes back he'll just come straight back in the team despite Roseniors good form?

What is it with you and shit threads?

Well done on noticing Murty is the club captain. 10 superdooper points for you. Now die.

There's something in Fearn's method, man we used to have quite a short injury list

Affers you don't take money to a bank anymore, it all on the Digital Underground nowadays..

Lloyds was one of the Leaders of the New School of Banking for that.
