Snowflake Royal I reckon an announcement Monday at 11 am.

Going to cost the club around £950k to pay him off. EFL won't sanction the payment.

The conversation moved to the possibility of some sort of garden leave ages ago.

He still gets the money on garden leave. When it's paid is immaterial.

The suggestion being that we call it what we want, but we can get anyone internally to take over.

If he's on say £2m. Going to cost the club around £950k to pay him off. EFL won't sanction the payment. Need to sell Swift or Puscas first to find the money.

Er... what? Why would he be on considerably more than our highest earning player?

If he's on a £1m a year I'd be surprised. Max pay off at this point ~£250k.

We've probably already lost double that in falling attendances.

Yeah, he's the reason I stopped going about a decade ago. I could just see it coming.

If finances are a problem I’d ask Kelly Chambers to move across from the ladies team. I honestly believe she has more tactical awareness than Pauno.

Is national insurance 3x wage?

CountryRoyal "between all the goals, we played well"

FCUK ME. He is deluded.

I’m reliably informed that the number of goals we’ve conceded this month is the worst monthly total in more than a century. Fair play though, 0 points in January shows signs of improvement, if we could just stop losing to every team on the planet we’ll be fine. Have faith in the maestro, what could possibly go wrong.

To add insult to injury, £34 for a sh | t house ground, £5 whatever for a plastic bottle of ditch water pretending to be beer and day tripper QPR fans, another quality away day.

We are conceding goals all over the place. Two v Derby, two v Kidderminster, seven v Fulham, two v Boro and Luton and eight in our last two. So 23 goals in 7 games. Absolutely disgraceful. Pauno is a disaster.

So what was the sanction if we breached ffp again was it another 6 point deduction? So if this theory that we can’t afford to sack pauno is true because if we do we get another 6 point deduction well let’s oxf*rd breach ffp again. Take the hit. If he stays in charge we will lose more than the 6 points.

Already lost 12 since he should have gone earlier in the month…

He should have gone after Kidderminster. To still be in charge after Fulham was astonishing. In 50 years supporting this club I cannot think of a month as bad as this one.

Unless there is a random clause in his contract, we either fire him now and pay him up or pay him over the next 5 months.

Either way the cost falls within the same time period. So the EFL have no need to sanction the cost as it is already accounted for.

The issue will be hiring the next guy.

If Derby are allowed to keep hold of Lawrence and co to keep them competitive despite being 60m in debt can’t we plead the same with Pauno? Keeping him on is making us uncompetitive?
