I think that probably is Wilder on the pic. Checked google images and he does favour wearing black and there is one pic where he is wearing what looks like that top. Also it would fit with his ears slightly sticking out at the top, you can see that on other pics.

So if that is correct and the person in the photo is Wilder, that just leaves the question of whether it has been photoshopped into the image. I don't know.

Say it is him though, that doesn't necessarily mean he's taken the job.

And the bigger question is whether we really want a manager whose ears stick out slightly at the top.
