Reading and Leyton being totally absent despite being 6th/7th, sign of both teams over-achieving, both going a bit under the radar, maybe a bit of both?

I would have had Charlie Kelman in the side and possibly the Wrexham keeper.....he's saved them numerous points.

Don't know if its still the case, but the players used to vote in Jan so it was based on half a season. Pretty sure a former player (Kitson?) once said the slips are handed out after training and the players take around 5 mins to complete.....
