Mid Sussex Royal
Royals and Racers Pereira has rib injury and is out for 3/4 weeks

A rib injury in training....what the hell do they do??

Got it against Exeter in the 2nd half, had treatment for it. 3/4 weeks means it`ll probably be after Christmas when we see him again.

Before the game it was supposed to be a hip injury in training prior to Exeter, exacerbated during the game.

Yes, definitely happened in training prior to the Exeter game as confirmed by NH in his post-match interview with TD yesterday. However, from what he said, it seems it is actually a muscle detached from his ribs rather than a hip injury. Was it initially misdiagnosed?

Jack felt him hamstring on Sunday, he felt fine after the game but woke up sore… we couldn’t risk him tonight - he’ll probably be a doubt for Saturday

Matt Ritchie took a knee up the glute tonight, which has swollen up massively.

Sounds like both should be back by the time Stevenage visit, so no big deal. Let's hope we have enough for Doncaster without them (we should).

Update from Noel:

Marriott & Richie expected to miss Saturday but neither expected to be out long so I'm guessing back after the cup game.

Perreira - progressing well towards 4 week initial target.

Camara & Garcia - recovery work still...sounds like a few weeks.

Beat a woefully out of form Doncaster, then hopefully Pereira, Marriot and Ritchie back for Stevenage to help kick start a good run up to Christmas.

Camara and Garcia useful players, but not first pick and don't particularly weaken us. A shame they're not available for Carlisle in the FA Cup.

Exactly the kind of side we slip up against, if charity FC turn up, it won't be a foregone conclusion.
As for Camara, he always seems to be injured!

Anyone heard any updates on the progress of John Clarke?
Always liked what I have seen (albeit not that much)
Would love to see him play that left back role this season but he does appear to be made of bubbles.
