 I was looking forward to chatting with Joel and Tim over the airwaves.

Oh well. I'll still submit my poll for Radio Berks web page viewers - Graeme Murty - would you?

How about a novelty BBC prize for the best caller or text, It doesn't have to be good just iconic (Think Blankety Blank Cheque Book and Pen).

Thanks all. From the stuff we've had so far:

- Most memorable Reading match feature

Like that one a lot, getting a different fan each week to pick their most memorable match. Would be great to get some old photos too etc. I'm on to this one. If you fancy writing one, email the game you'd choose and a couple of sentences about it to me - oliver.williams@bbc.co.uk - to give me an idea of who's interested in contributing. Don't write the whole thing yet though!!

- More fans' comments/interactivity

Definitely. I will be on here and elsewhere after each game, or you can always email me directly, trawling for the best bits of post-match reaction to use on the BBC Berkshire website. If Joel and Tim aren't already doing the same I'll pass my personal favourites on to them, too.

Might develop this quite considerably if I can, actually. I am investigating... would it be better to have a free-for-all with each game where we pick our favourite comments for the BBC, or feature one/a few fans in particular each game?

- Podcasts

Can't do a commentary podcast, rights issues (even though it's not live). I like the idea of a podcast though and will see how tricky it is to get one going with Murty, best of Tim's sports show, post-match interviews etc. Again, investigating!

- Behind The Scenes features

Yep, like it again, obviously very much reliant on the club. Suggestions for people whose jobs at RFC you'd like to know more about?

- Quiz

Will discuss with Tim and Joel and see what their quiz plans are, if any, and see if we can do something online with it.

- Text Commentary

BBC Sport will be doing their text commentary but yes, I would love to do our own jazzed-up version as per the cricket etc. Not sure I'll get the green light for it though.

Question is, how many people would realistically use it? The cricket text commentary works because you can read it at work when you can't have a radio on or watch it on telly - but not many people will be in that situation on Saturday/Sunday or weekday evenings when Reading play...

- Webcam

Surprisingly expensive to own and operate (as I've just found out having made enquiries). Great idea, not sure how we'd do it. Will work on it.

-----

Any other suggestions still very much welcome! Cheers for all the feedback, given me plenty to get cracking on. Thanks also to those offering their services for fans' views etc, may very well get back to you on that.

Radio 107 are making very positive noises regarding my 'numpty watch' idea. I will probably sign an exclusive rights deal next week.

Reading 107 are improving their service as well, so watch out. I just heard that the commentators have started memorizing the players names. May not be so bad after all.

Are they memorizing pictures of them as well, or will they still continue to use random names that may or may not be on the pitch?

I think the latter. They plan to do that next year. But they do know the names and faces of the main premiership players, Henry, Ronaldo, Gerrard, etc....

I did here comments from 107 during the Swindon friendly that that game was our only local derby for the pre season. Also said that our only local derby to look forward to was West Ham next season. Dont think those comments are signs of improvements.
