and i dont get this- chairman doesnt want us to get back up. - its the only way he'll ever get close to what he wants for the sale, and th e only way he'll get to sell imo
so hed be proper mental not to want it.


Brendy if hes the astute businessman hes made out to be, then he'll know that....enough said really

Agree - I think this is the main issue. Not only might it be an offer we couldn't refuse financially - Jimmy would surely be expected to take the chance if he got the offer from a Prem club.

Clearly our finances are geared to being successful top-half-second-tier. I we started paying wages to retain players under offers from prem clubs it would be a sign of a major changes in that position - I can't see it (and in fact I wouldn't criticise it either).
