Interesting article in the Telegraph today about English players in the Premiership.
In all there were 67 and it listed them all together with their match ratings. The top 3 were
Steven Gerrard 9.5
David Bentley 8.5
Dave Kitson 8.3

Nicky Shorey came in 12th on 7.1 (unbelievably ahead of Joe Cole) and James Harper was at 57 on 5.6
