Kitson nicks one back, but I can't see us getting anything from this, and this is really a game we couldnt afford to lose.

If we are still getting beaten like this when the line up is

Hahnemann
Rosenior--Ingimarsson--Sonko(or Bikey)--Shorey
Oster--Fae--Harper--Convey
Doyle--Lita

I agree. Remind me why we can't play that side?

Oster's injured and a few might not yet be fit.

Another injury and what then?

Osters injury isn't long term though, is it? And if it is then give Henry, the only fit genuine right midfielder we have left a go. As for players not being match fit, this is a perfect situation to give Convey 25-30 mins of football to try and get his fitness back up, ease him back into things. Yet he has only been given 10, which I doubt will be as beneficial.

If we suffer another injury then we will have paid the price for making our already paper thin squad smaller. As much as I was not Seols biggest fan, we should only be getting rid of players if we have a better replacement, thats how you progress. We have not done that. As I've just said, the only genuine right mid we have fit at the moment is James Henry, yet he is nowhere near the 1st team. That is not a progression on last year.

1) we've lost the hunger of last season. It isn't so much a case up effort as the players just not being up for the fight

I think that's what second season whatever boils down to. The players have made it, what else is there to fight for?

A move to a bigger club?

Exactly! We really should have let Shorey oxf*rd off in August if that's what he wanted to do. He is somewhat less than motivated at the moment......

I agree, I think. I was just wondering. Certainly Oster's OUT but Convey's absence is mystifying to me.

A combative, tough right winger would have been an ideal signing but that boat has gone.

That's that then... another defeat, with a Royals scramble at the end. When will Coppell learn to bring his Subs on earlier?

Long hasn't done anything better than Lita has.

I totally agree about Convey though.
