^^ Seems it's often available for a pirated stream, but I don't bother when our own games are in progress or there's a different one worth streaming or watching on TV (although I do hear nothing but good things about Jeff Stelling)

I'm just trying to imagine Windass...er ahmm :| lolz

We do get THROUGH THE NIGHT daily (conveniently at dinnertime in my time zone), which is no surprise given that Murdoch owns both Sky and Fox (and in particular its S*ccer Channel, over which we get SSN)

I watch Sir Jeff of Stelling and his assortment of mentally-challenged acolytes every Saturday on the web. Essential viewing. Look forward to listening to Uncle Dean's bon mots du jours, 'Beans on Toast' Merson and counting how many times Chris Kamara can exclaim the word 'unbelievable' during one afternoon. Have the Fox Soccer Channel live game on in the background, but it is tame stuff compared to GSS.

PEARCEY We agree on something today then.

Don't know why I'm arguing with you today.

Could be the remnants of the three rows I've had on consecutive days on trains, and I'm due another.

SLAMMED Khizanishvili

No, the rifle you plank - isn't it called a Kalaznikhov AK47?

Which bears only a very passing similarity to Khizanishvili in that's it's quite long, Eastern European and starts with a "K".

also Kalashnikov was Russian. Khizanishvili is Georgian.

So apart from having virtually nothing to link it to Zurab, it's an excellent nickname, and not at all slightly ignorantly xenophobic.

No accusation at you RL, who are only educating young Slammed.

It was great to see Mills make a point of coming up to the away support, walking up to the second tier where we all were and throwing his shirt into the crowd. He got a good reception from the away support so hopefully that is the end of all this finger wagging.

Weren't you all tempted to humorously give him the middle finger?

Although when Zurab was born Georgia was surely part of the Soviet Union?

Most people on here were born in Europe, does that make them French?

From now on I shall be referring to Kébé as Exocet and Griffin as Lee-Enfield.
