Koumas is not out of price range.

Coppell suggested that at the end of the season we would spend more money than last, because this year he gave the players that got us up a chance.

I very much doubt Sodje will be used as the ice breaker for any swap deals involving WBA players. His price tag of 350,000 isn't exactly a mammoth amount to sway the opinions of the WBA board who would look at around 4-5 million for Koumas,2-3 million for Kamara and around 2 million for Gera. Whilst i rate Gera and Koumas as attacking and creative midfielders i doubt these are the kind of players Coppell sees would fit his midfield style of play-Kamara on the other hand is a possibility....

Only one Trevor Morley
bigmike Maybe a swap deal comming up then

With who?

West brom players we have been linked with:

Jason Koumas
Diomansy Kamara
Zoltan Gera

Koumas well out of our price range.
Kamara would be good, but unlikely. Were we not fashionable enough for him?
Gera maybe, not overly excited by that idea though.

Chaplow? Potential is there if the coach's can develop him.

I think we could get Koumas - I can't see how a Championship club can stand up to a £40 million transfer kitty.

A large portion of that £40 million premier league cash will be spent on the redevelopment of the Mad Stad.

Our transfer budget will probably be no more than £6 to £8 Million.

I would be happy with six or seven cream of the crop players from Championship or League One.
