2-1 Reading: Di Santo. Poor defending from Sonko and Cisse. Sonko looking generally weak.

What have things come to for Steve Sidwell when the only game he can get is against Reading reserves at Brentford? And even then he ends up on the losing side.

Thank god it's the money that is important to him and not his football. I don't suppose the win bonus was much anyway....

higher Prem Reserves table south:
1) Aston Villa P12 ...........Pts 27 (playing spurs tonight.)
2) Reading P12.............. Pts 23
3) West Ham P13........... Pts 21
4) Arsenal P12............... Pts 18
5) Fulham P12 ...............Pts18
6) Birmingham P12 ..........Pts 18
7) Portsmouth P11 ...........Pts11
8 ) Chelsea P11................Pts 10
9) Spurs P10...................Pts 9
10) Derby P11................. Pts3

That table isn't quite correct as West Ham have 25pts from 14 games according to the official premier league press release on 28th Feb.
http://www.premierleague.com/staticFiles/e4/db/0,,12306~121828,00.pdf

Tonights results:
Chelsea 1 Reading 2
Derby 0 Portsmouth 2
Spurs 3 Villa 0

Means the updated table is now:

Pld W D L For Agt W D L For Agt GD Pts
1 Aston Villa 13 5 1 0 20 5 3 2 2 13 8 +20 27
2 Reading 13 3 3 1 14 6 4 2 0 12 3 +17 26
3 West Ham United 14 4 2 1 12 6 3 2 2 16 8 +14 25
4 Fulham 13 4 1 1 11 5 2 2 3 9 14 +1 21
5 Arsenal 12 2 0 3 5 6 3 3 1 9 7 +1 18
6 Birmingham City 12 4 0 2 13 13 2 0 4 7 13 -6 18
7 Portsmouth 12 3 1 2 6 8 1 1 4 4 10 -18 14
8 Tottenham Hotspur 12 3 1 2 8 5 0 2 4 4 9 -2 12
9 Chelsea 12 1 3 3 7 9 1 1 3 6 10 -6 10
10 Derby County 13 0 3 4 5 22 0 0 6 5 19 -31 3

I honestly fancy Lita to at least be on the bench against Citeh, hopefully starting. He's scoring regularly in the reserves. Long never looks like scoring but very occiasionaly does. Doyle looks jaded and clueless in front of goal. Kitson is provider until we actually get some threat upfront from elsewhere and he can sneakily score some more.

 Didn't expect him to break into the first team but didn't expect this either - hopefully he decides to disregard the money and move to a middle Prem club where he might be a regular. (I'd gladly take him back but I can't see that happening.)

Agree with all of that, as most people with eyes would. Except SSC probably.
