The 17 Bus I have no idea what will happen in the summer, but at this moment in time Coppell has taken us to 3rd, with a squad that many said would be rubbish, mid table, relegation, all were mentioned, yet that is not how it has panned out.
Not many know what goes on behind the scenes, and that is, IMHO, where things are happening, whether it is unrest again from players, most thought kitson was the answer last season, we now know different. Or JM not releasing the funds for expensive named players, and those that do know from here may not really know the truth, perhaps Coppell does not go after the multi million ones as there is little point, tho we do ok without them most of the time.

I don't think anyone's fussing about our position in the table (apart from the obvious fact that we should be first with a few points to spare given how other teams have been playing). Nor about Coppell's unquestionable ability to find inexpensive unheralded players and create a great competitive team. The big issue is why is a team that was steaming toward the top of the table in December now utterly becalmed and apparently rudderless? If it's problems behind the scenes, I have to say that's inexcusable given how things were going earlier this season.

The whole year inn Everything will be OK,
Reading will get back on track with a scrappy win on Tuesday and it will act as a catalyst for the run-in..

Whereas Kebe is God's gift to football !?!?!?!
Get real chap. The point the original poster made is valid and also true. Whether we like it or not Coppell DOES have his favourites, untouchables, call them what you will.
Following Saturday's performance, you can be sure there will be changes for Tuesday. Cisse and Harper will be back straight away. Kebe and SHunt will retain their starting places, oh, and Fed may well be coming to the end of his little run before he's sold off too.
It's the Reading Way. I sadly got used to that a long time ago.
