Platypuss Mr Angry If that means losing lots of glory hunting school kids or associated idiots whose lives are so pathetic that they need to bask in the reflected glory of their football team to have any sort of personality, and whose reaction AFTER 3 GAMES is to demand a new Manager, then I think the loss of those "fans" its something that the club won't lose too much sleep over.
Not so sure about that, Mr A, our "hardcore" isn't all that sizeable. A large proportiion of our future revenue, and certainly any future growth will rely on getting "gloryhunters" on board.
Don't agree with the original post but agree with this.
The "customers" are what keeps the club afloat or rather what they spend on replica shirts, food, booze, car parking SkyTV subscriptions,RFC credit cards etc.
The club doesn't bar it's customers as pubs don't bar customers because they have loot.
Much as some would have us playing in front of 2000 RTGs probably in The Conference I'm afraid we have to put up with customers who will sound off whenever they feel like it-that's modern life with the God aka mobile phone disrupting people's space with twats shouting inane stuff about where they are going or where they have been.
Regrettably in many ways if you follow a club in the 21st century the fellow customers expect instant everything whether that be a new manager after 4 games or a youngster to be discarded after 2,such is life at RFC and other clubs.
If you don't like it you will have to move to a desert island and watch no football or just watch TV because going to matches you will also hear the same twats shouting on their mobiles going to and from games and shouting rubbish during the games themselves.
