Not just Smith but anyone looking at the club's position now will be less convinced about joining. And selling clubs will be more aware of our desperation and hike their asking prices. So why on earth can't we do our business in the summer, pre-season like any sensible club? Caution, caution, caution, then too late. We never learn.

It will inevtiably go down as a battling draw but to just about scramble a point aginst a struggling team with an injury crisis is too pathetic for words. No fight, no class, no ideas and very few decent players. It's going to be a long hard struggle :-(
