UpThePrem I've stuck by McDermott all season because he is also learning, but to go back to the same mistakes that occured at the start of the season when he'd almost found a way of getting results since Christmas is criminal.
If he stays, i'd say that he is the right man to get us out of the Championship again, but what happens then?? Does he have another go at the Prem and screw it up or do you then go for a premier standard manager?

Royal Dee We should bring in Adkins or whoever as soon as possible, as this would allow them time to settle in and asses the squad before next seasons promotion push.
