winchester_royal Don't you think we're overreacting a bit here lads?
This is, afterall, a team full of players that Adkins doesn't really r8.

RFCSPACE Rather be patient with Adkins than have another short term jolly with the likes of McDermott and end up back in the same place in 2 years.

Agreed. It would seem that many of our squad are struggling to come to terms with the loss of McDermott's friendly, family, team spirit gets you everywhere style.

HoneyRoastHoax For a while against Watford that was probably the best a Reading team has ever played.

winchester_royal Genuinely scary how people think today's game is a complete indictment on Adkins' ability as a manager. Judge him on how we do in the league this season, not in pointless cup games in which our second string are playing.

You get a decent spin-off thread out of that.
I reckon either the 3-1 away win at Tranmere in the play-off semis or the New Year's Day demolition of West Ham.

@Jordo79Last night's 11. 6 BM signings. 1 BR, 1 SC 1 NA and 2 youth products. Can't point the finger at NA, he is as frustrated as us.
