the problem with us last time was we started off not quite doing it right, then changed the style to one which the players werent really right for.
Not at all, the other aspect which I think is particularly important concerns the players themselves. By this I mean that when you get towards the top of the football pyramid then the players tend to be more like egotistical artists. The consequence of this is that they are going to gravitate towards clubs and sides that are the most attractive and expressive for them to showcase their talents.
Of course there is more than one way of skinning the cat so to speak in football terms but if a manager and club have an 'up and at 'em' high pressing style then the best players will turn the club down knowing that they can get similar money and a better chance of playing the football they really want to elsewhere - and this is quite an important factor in getting the players you want into the club.
