Behindu Coppell did say that they had thought about playing Leroy, and Leroy was up for it, but that his suspension applies to all club games.
Can't be right can it that the game tonight counts as part of his 3 match ban.

That's right, but they didn't think so at the start, as his suspension wasn't directly from an incident in the match, in that he was stitched up after the match (SC's words!).
But they checked and found he couldn't play after all.

If that's the case then he's either going to be available for the Newcastle game (game 1- Fulham, game 2- West Ham, game 3- Bolton) or they've banned him for 4 games. Seems stupid to ban him from the reserves.

papereyes [A ban is for all competitions, but you miss the requisite number of Premiership games.

Row Z Royal The standard of football was dire.
However, James Henry looks like a great prospect
Row Z Royal Halford didn't look too fussed and Long was pretty quiet after some early promise.

That Friday Feeling I thought Halford was poor, never really in the game.

Enjoyed my view from the gantry this evening - watching my little brother commentating on the game for BBCRB.

Harps stay sharp Is it me or did Shane Long look a bit of a chubber last night. It could have been because he was playing with the youths but he has definately filled out.
Halford looked to be playing as the link man in midfield, looking to switch play etc, but his passing wasn't good enough to do that job.
Also I had to put up with 2 very young and very loud Hammers fans singing the Bubbles song and Federici is rubbish over and over again throughout the second half!
