Try here.

If the stream was working that would be a good link.... :?
Did you test it first.
Yes, and when I posted the link I thought it was going to work.

Thought he had a very good game. Looked very composed on the ball as usual.

Looked twice as good as Phil "rabbit in the headlights" Neville and he's got 56 England caps (most of which were at left-back)!

Thought our boy did well tonight and a real sense of pride watching him play in England side. I just hope we can keep him here!

At the back Nicky Shorey overcame a hesitant start to produce an effective display, while the same could also be said of Blackburn's David Bentley, who ignored the early unwelcome taunts of the Burnley fans in the ground to become a greater influence as the game wore on and eventually scooped the man-of-the-match prize.

Hesitant start? Must have been getting him mixed up with the Neviller.

Thanx The C

never see the point of playing the Neville Bros in any friendly nor ""b game.

they are evidently not up to it..nor have been for a long time....just how much confirmation does a manager need?

Can't see the point in playing Phil Neville in any game!

It's time for Shorey!

neville was a good player but i think he is past it now tbh. heard that shorey had a good game so am pleased. wouldn't it be so nice if he got the call for the full squad to play brazil.

kaka v shorey :D

I don't think Shorey did his chances of full honours any harm last night but I can't see him making the Brazil squad. If either Cole or Bridge got injured then I'd imagine that McClown would opt for Gareth Barry purely for his versatility.

Was I the only one who watched this game???

No.
I thought he did pretty well, but a lot of the play was going down the right side.
So harder for him to get noticed.

No,
I watched the first 70 minutes.
Shorey did well and his passing was spot on but he didn't really have anyone to mark.
Bentley I feel is now ready to claim the right-side position and a very friendly friendly v Brazil would set him up nicely for the Estonia game.
The pairing of Dawson and King looked as shaky as it does for Spurs.

Shorey did exactly what he does for Reading, quietly went about his business and put balls into the box with pin-point accuracy.

I thought Shorey and Bentley where the two stand out wing players, he certainly can't have hurt his chances in anyway and if that really is the first time mclaren has seen him play my guess would be they improved slightly.
