9-0. Didcot put up a fight then. Even the fan who won the chance to play scored!

Either 0-9 or 0-10 at full time.
BBCRB stated 9-0 but then gave 10 goal scorers (including Long twice).
Can anyone confirm 9 or 10?

Pretty sure it was 9. OS as usual is ridiculously slow to update.

We need to get Holloway before another club wants him.

He is still on holdiday until Monday.....

Interesting to see Kelly and Sigurdsson play.....Sigurdsson in particular is one that I believe could challenge for a first team place by next year.

Rawlie19
strap
Alan Partridge Always good to get back into the habit of going to games again. Also this fixture is good as it's a first look at our new signings....

This pre-season last year we were playing River Plate of Argentina in a multi-national tournament. Now we're back to playing nth tier non-league oppos with our only "new signing" being a fan who paid for the honour of turning out for RFC.

WTF is going on? Mickey mouse club, run by Mickey mouse men? Mr Ego you have a lot to answer for and shouold be asking some fundamental questions of yourself and staff. Bet your bot is squeaking now you realise you're going to struggle to get your £40M loan repaid. (Of course, the Sky money has probably paid most of this back anyway - least I hope it has, because it certaily wasn't spent on the footballing side of things). Maybe you just feel a darn sight more comfortable being a big fish in a small pool. Fair play if that's the case, but if so, you have a duty to be honest with the fans and ensure that our expectations are realistically managed.

Welcome to the least anticipated season of 40 years of supporting, (or perhaps for the pedants that should read "following"), RFC.

You would rather the RFC of now be more like the RFC of 1968?

Yawn!- the usual 'complacents'' response. Big deal, we've progressed since 1968. That doesn't mean we should be happy about sliding backwards again. Quite the opposite in fact. So like Strap I would rather the RFC of now be more like the RFC of 2006.

We are. 2006 we were in the Championship, just like now. I'm looking forward to it. I've been SUPPORTING Reading for years, and if we end up like Wimbledon, I'll still be supporting them (although not if they move to Milton Keynes).
