It will clearly come as a complete surprise to you but some sports people (and individuals) actually respond better to that approach. When I was competing I used to hate it if my coach said good things when I knew damn well that I wasn't performing to the level that I knew I could. I responded far better to that being acknowledged and being given a boot up the backside! Or maybe you think all our players are performing to the best of their ability - in which case, God help RFC!

I don't understand the deal with playing HRK on the right when he's left footed. We all know he is a great finisher, so play him as an inside forward and let him cut inside and have a shot, but McD insists on him hugging the touchline, cutting inside and having a cross. So easy to defend against.
