Kyerewaa might turn out to be good eventually but he's atrocious right now. His final ball is dire.

Agree with most the comments so far, Jacobs and Elliott have looked poor, much better pressing, going together, but has got sucker punch written all over it

stealthpapes The only other notable is that Roach was called up by Cayman Islands alongside five or six other UK based players (Barry Hayles was probably the most high profile). FIFA blocked them from playing, presumably because they were as Caymanian as ... well, actually, that's where I grew up, so not me. The rest of you.

Wait what? You grew up in the Cayman Islands?

I can't stand this referee. Thinks we're all there to watch him today rather than a game of football.

Really good half just lacking a goal. Elliott has contributed nothing though.

Lane and Kyerewaa stretching them and pressing like demons with Savage.

We probably should be 2 up.

Not sure on how to play it from here, we're surely going to tire. Doyle for Elliott to add even more pace? Or Fraser to add just a little more protection? Doyle for me.

Garcia and Camara will be needed later to take over from the two wingers.

Need to be careful with Jacob, on a yellow and (fouled first, but) stuck a nasty one on one of theirs before that too...

Dorsett on for the cream cracker and Doyler for the house of Elliott.

We look very flat, Kyerewaa has made some good runs but no end product. Need to get Wing on the ball more in the second half.

Almost ... almost as if our subs bench doesn't offer too much difference on the first XI.

HT Positives:
- Kyerewaa. Quick, fearless and creative. Fun to watch.
- Lane. Has a bit of pace about him too, and seemed to be highly involved.
- MoM. Defended from the front, found and created space, held the ball up well; lacking the goal that would keep him in contention for the start - I can see Marriott coming on, scoring and assigning MoM to the bench next week.

HT negatives:
- Elliott couldn’t find a decent touch for love nor money. Hospital performance.
- Jacob. Sloppy and awkward.
- Wing. Too deep, doesn’t seem involved.

I’d take Elliott off for Fraser, tuck him behind Wing and bring on Marriott.

Quite happy with like for like changes tbh. oxf*rd plan B, just do plan A well and have options to freshen it up.

For the hat-trick EDIT denied we can do two truths and lie one day, during a quiet spell.

Here's a taster, from entertainment

I once supported Belinda Carlisle
I once appeared on ITV4 racially abusing a labrador
I once played football at Elm Park

I did.
These things aren't mutually exclusive.

If it helps - maybe swap 'grew up' with 'spent a chunk of my childhood'.
