Deadlock
Forest Gump, living up to his name, I have no idea

Admitedly Lita did not give much value added to the Club during the last season or so. However, there were two parts to my post and Lita was only half of it.
The other point relates to how much value added has Hammond contributed to this club recently. There is no doubt that he is surplus to requirements and if squad strength is anything to go by he should be fired for gross incompetance.
If the Clubs finances are half as bad as we are now told we can't afford a Director of Football anyway. What the F does he do?

If you don't know what he does how can you say he should be fired for gross incompetance ?

I mean what does he do at the moment. When the Club is moving players in/out he is supposed to lead in the dealings. So what dealings does he lead right now?

You'd expect he's failry focused on whoever Rodgers wants to bring in in the next window, plus any potential loans plus any longer term targets.
Plus fielding any querires regarding players we may be planning to allow to move on in January
Plus any contract extensions / renewals for current staff
Plus arranging suitable outgoing loan placements for any players

He's probably also making the tea and giving the Chariman's Bentley a polish.
Academy related stuff

LOL at this - if he upped his performance to that of Saturday more than a handful of games a season then maybe he'd be turning out for a Premiership side and could have followed up on his U21s appearances by getting an England cap. Took his goal well on Saturday and there's no doubting has ability, but he's a waste of talent.

Still performs better as a waste of talent than many of the players we are left with!

Yep, shame he can't raise his game more frequently instead of being so far up his own ar$e - he might still be playing in the Premiership then.
