muddyfeet Enjoyed Dm's description of us as "full of enthusiasm and spirit". Makes us sounds like the fat kid on sports day

anyway 1-1

my old PE teacher used to give E for attainment if you werent in any of the school teams
so my mark was usually A for effort, E for attainment, and made me sound like a total div.

Your PE teacher sounds very perceptive etc etc etc

Having seen the interview with Di Matteo on Sky yesterday, I'm upgrading our result to a win to us. He reckons "it's good to get the extra game in early" - more or less stating that it's an easy 3 points - so he can do one. Hopefully, they'll think it's a foregone conclusion that they're going to beat us, but we nick a goal to beat them.

My PE teacher gave me what must be the best report-card description ever :

"Nothing is achieved without effort. He has achieved nothing."

Between 2-0 and 5-0 to Chelsea. Enjoy as we go 3 hours without a decent shot on target from open play.

Without meaning to be negative, I do think a 2-0 loss would be a decent result for us today. Nothing too bad that it really dents morale, and we can move on. a 6-0 thrashing will make the players feel a bit shite I reckon.

Thinking about the lineups, I feel we can punish Chelsea if we put pressure on Mikel.

In addition, McAnuff/McCleary running at Luiz can result in freekicks.

Hopefully they rest a couple of players for their game on Saturday. From his interview, though, Di Mateo seems to be taking us seriously, so I'm expecting a very tough match, Federici to be back to normal by making several important saves and with any luck we will scrape a draw. 2-2. If we beat them, wow.
