I remember Tim reporting on an away game against Sheffield United back in the 90s. He's been around for years if I recall correctly.

His Brendan Rodgers interview was frankly embarrassing but then again so was the football that Brendan was serving up.

Anyone else had enough of this constant need to communicate with the fans from our new owners?
The overwhelming need for attention is bordering on the obsessive.
Honestly, its like being stuck on a 24 hour news channel.

I think it's fine, we've had radio silence for years so it's understandable they want to get their vision and ambitions across early doors. Besides, it doesn't seem excessive to me.

I, for one, am already pining for the serenity of the previous regime.

I wonder what our rob had for breakfast today. Perhaps we will get an update before EOD.

I've noted it's not just the owners themselves. Our Twitter admin seems to be off the leash and enjoying themselves interacting with fans more. Long may the new culture of openness continue.

Sorry - not sure what you guys are on about - I've seen the comms direct from RFC. I don't follow twitter so, if it's constant tweeting then it's flown over my head!

Unsure if serious but no, absolutely loving the communication. You can change your notification preferences and filter out some of if it if you don't like it. But after the horrific years under DY, this is really refreshing. Owners who are excited to own the club, ambitious, invested (and not just financially), developments each day, season ticket freezes). Couldn't be happier with it all at present.

That genuinely made me LOL

Yea I sensed that too. I can imagine staff at the club were working under really difficult conditions with continual tension, fan moaning, lack of clarity about the club, etc.

Just really missing the anticipation of a communication void silence as the club hits every branch of the Chinese Coffin Tree tree on its journey to the floor.

These people must be on the wind up but 100% this. I don’t have notifications on for anything but messages. And I don’t spend forever reading about reading fc so I only consume a small amount of what’s out there and at my leisure.

Any communication is good and digest as much as you want
