I think over precise is a great description.

Last season he seemed to play the entire game hunched over like he was trying to be careful and anticipate everything. When you want to see your player standing tall, relaxed and comfortable - like Bindon.

He’s needed a loan for a while, would’ve hopefully allowed him to gain confidence in senior football without the same level of scrutiny. Whether we’d have the ability to give him a loan in January (in terms of our squad requirements) could determine his future at the club, as some good performance away from the club and regular football could revive his career with us.

Also something I'd agree with.

He’s ooc at end of season. Loan him in Jan and we’re probably saying he’s got no future with us (unless we extend as we loan and don’t agree with doing it that)

It’s time for him to step up now tbh. If he doesn’t then his time is up in May you’d think

I don't really get this argument, why would he be more likely to go if he plays well in the National League or L2 for half a season than if he plays in our youth team and cup games?

His only chance of staying beyond the end of the year is breaking into the first team here imo - be that as a result of injuries (ie now) or through great form in those cup games and taking his chance

A loan in div2 or NL just tells us he is that standard

He is at the moment though and won't improve beyond that without a regular run of first team football. Certainly won't improve his composure and confidence without regular first team football; he's not going to get that here. His only chance of improving enough for us to give him a new deal for next season is with a loan, personally.
