Great castle, but the views from it are terrible because Silves isn't the best of towns. Plus don't follow the town centre signs because they lead to a back alley full of stray dogs and bins.

yeah it's a better one to look at than to be in. nice town though.

when I went there with Mrs Waxjers two years ago I thought "it's all very familiar here" but it wasn't till I walked down that weird little road being stared at by old women I worked out I'd been there on my year out 12 years previously
