I drove past SJM's house yesterday and it appears to be up for sale...sad to see everything turning out like this after all he has done for the club.

No one doubts his rug purchasing expertise.
Maybe this explains his need to have the Mad Stad penthouse as part of the deal with the prospective owners. He can't afford the house and wants to stay in the hotel there FOC.
