I seem to recall a game away to Wycombe in about '98 and the away end singing "dodgy keeper" and the keeper being subbed. I thought it was Peter Van Der Kwaak but it may have been Scott Howie.

This is very harsh on Ian Royal.

The first game, he was a rock behind a defensive of Spizz, Frimjob and myself.

I wasn't great at the penalty though and flapped a bit at corners.

It was a good defence.

There was a great one where me and Andy Ray absolutely ripped the Burbs a new arsehole in the first twenty minutes. Hilariously shit all round, with me scoring chasing down a clearance, that level of incompetence.

Tony Le Mesmer Anyone remember Colin Court? Made one appearance as an emergency in the early 80s home to Swindon, never seen again. Scored an own goal and was basically hopelessly out of his depth. I would say that, technically, he was the worst goalkeeper ever to wear the No.1 shirt, outfield players aside.

Can't really slate the poor chap too much though. He was on loan from a local non-league side and was very young I think. He was just a decent park footballer who bizarrely found himself in a football league match.

Colin Cort was playing for Andover Town reserves when we signed him as emergency cover. They were about the same level as Newbury Town reserves who I was playing in goal for at the time. Oh, what might have been!!!

Am I right in saying the Swindon keeper scored an own goal as well?

Borislav Mihaylov was certainly entertaining with his hair piece. Remember all the lads in the Southbank slapping their foreheads as a mark of..........well something anyway. Can't forget when we played Bolt-on at home and Boris the Doris had to come off through some sort of injury. In stepped the mighty Quinn, as we didn't have a keeper on the bench, and the rest is history. We went on to win 3-2. Well sweet given the Wembley result.

AthleticoSpizz On the few times that I saw him, Frank Parsons left a lot to be desired.....I voted " other"

Not that it particularly matters in the scheme of voting for VDK and sheps

Snap. I was gonna say him. Think he only had one season before being shipped out.
