Snowball It's pretty clear that I expect the majority of our next 13 games to be a draw in normal time

As you're quite dumb, that means 7 or more from 13

Are we playing extra time and pens in the league now?

If you had bothered to READ you would have noticed there is a cup game in there, away to Brighton.

I even set it out all alone, underlined it, and added the words "EFL Cup"

Next question?

Which 3 do you think we will win and which 3 will we lose?

If you had bothered to WRITE properly then you would have noticed you said "the majority of our games to be a draw in normal time"

As the cup game (the only one where specifying "normal time" has any relevance) counts for 7.69% of the 13 games you mention, I'd hardly call it a majority, would you?

Or are you just as confused about the definition of the word 'majority' as you are 'prediction'?

It was perfectly clear. You're just a cr@p reader.

I happen to think we will draw in the 90+ at Brighton.

I knew EXACTLY what I was writing (and writing is my profession) and that was why i separated out the Brighton game, underlined it and wrote that it was a cup game. But you, a classic knee-jerking Nobber, eager to score points, screwed up.

Don't worry, it's par for the course. Just admit you got it wrong and move on.

Add 'perfectly clear' to the list of lexis that eludes you.

I am aware that you're a writer which is why I highlighted your linguistic failings. It's just as well you knew EXACTLY what you were going on about, because no one else fukking does. You're like Dave-royal's mildly more literate cousin.

Don't worry Snowers I'm sure you could always get a job in statistics or something.

Why include the Brighton game at all then ? It's a different competition, will be played in a different style and with different line ups. It's a statistical outlier and simply confuses the overall discussion.

And a professional writer should know that it is incumbent on them to ensure their words are clear and unambiguous, not the reader to second guess their intent (if you are writing to be understood....)

Because it's a game in a sequence of games
and I prefer to include cup games.

It's also a game against a side predicted to be top six so is a good test.

but the "discussion" is about how the club are going to do in the next X games, not "ONLY league games". IMO it matters

1. It's a fukking football chat forum not an application for a Nobel Prize.

2. If separating out the Brighton game with white space before and after, with the game UNDERLINED and marked "EFL Cup" isn't "CLEAR" then who dresses you people in the morning?

Yeah, probably, six published books, 500-600 other publications,
18 First prizes, shortlisted for an international prize.

I'm a hack with no idea.

Actually my profession IS also reading. I edit, critique and teach

As for 3 (or 4, it expanded), in my world I am not restricted by a vague idea. If people want to post 3, 4, 6, or 16, I really couldn't care.

Intelligent discourse does not have to be limited to X or Y or Z

Threads "move" A LOT OF THE TIME.

Sutekh Birmingham we always struggle against, they are an awful bogey team for us.

You say that, but the in th 9 games prior to the last two seasons our record was:

W 6
D 1
L 2
