Bloody hell what was that disastrous pass by Wing. Is he actually a professional footballer!?? EDIT: good long range shot minutes later though.

Great idea from Wing, shot on target.

Charlton sitting back a bit and saying “what can you do”, answer: not a lot.

CountryRoyal Charlton sitting back a bit and saying “what can you do”, answer: not a lot.

It's quite a high press, meaning not much room in midfield, so we're trying to go over the top and turn their high line.

Azeez tame one on target with Smith ready to mop up if keeper spills.

Second from bottom and Cheltenham winning.
Currently 5 points from safety.
F*CK we need an away win badly.

Bindon sold a complete dummy, then a poor pass and poor cross saves Reading.

For a team that scores a lot at home Charlton look a little blunt. That is unlikely to stay true.

Need to score while they're poor.

Shockingly, Smith looks very rusty.

Can’t hear a peep out of the good away following.

Looks two pretty mediocre teams. No one really getting anything going, nullifying each other and final balls quite poor.

I like how we're really scrapping for every ball and pressing high.

Can't help thinking with no end product it's inevitable that they will put one past us instead.

I was debating whether I want to watch this over Soccer Saturday or even a decent PL game.

Just feels like all these matches are just treading water until the takeover and the 'reset' .

Sounds like an alright first half but without the cutting edge. Just need the customary late lapse in our own box and job done.

Solid but uninspiring first half. We've had some decent half chances, but don't look convincing in front of goal.

They've not got close to scoring but look like they're one break without a stumble or mishit from winning.

Yeah that was the joke! Don’t know what’s happened to England. It’s a test score ffs.

This is 3rd division football at it's most mediocre.
Two teams with no great ability, giving the ball away far too often and lacking any class up front.
Reading can take more from the first half because of our league position.

I have the Charlton commentary which has been fair and they have been surprised that Charlton didn't start off taking the game to Reading and lacking energy.

Oh well, thrills galore in the second half then and I would like sangers to come on here and predict that Azeez will score-surely one day he will, otherwise what is he doing out there as he offers very little in other areas as well.

It's so bad that apparently Reading are attacking their own fans.
