Reading has accepted a bid for Kelvin Ehibhatioman, and he is due to leave the club.

Leam Richardson has confirmed.

Ah shame but it’s probably the best for him tbh. Disappointing we got to see his best so inconsistently as there’s obviously a player there

Good luck to him. Unfairly maligned by the Twatter twits.

No big miss, but I hope a new club and manager unlock his talent. Could be a player in there, but equally his career could just be a giant "what if?".

Feels like a similar situation to Azeez, has shown talent but usually pretty shit, most fans happy to see him sold.

Shame, but given he's only got 1 year left, probably the best option for the Club.

I hope he proves how good he can be.

Thanks for the skills, Kelvin E!

Every game you watched him you though he would do do something magical, but we rarely saw it..... Shame, there is a player in there somewhere, maybe a better manager can get somthing out of him.

As i exclusively revealed in rumours and gossip it’s a weird one; he’s off to AC hosens in Denmark ~ 2 million, structured deal in instalments. Small up front fee so won’t have much much immediately to reinvest in his replacement.

Or even AC Horsens :D where they held the Danish Speedway GP for a while.

I’d assume we must have someone else lined up - next few days should be interesting. Marriott being injured again adds to that

Kelvin must be the most divisive player here at the moment - always liked him and felt he got some pretty unjust criticism- esp considering the quality of service he received at times over the last few years

He is certainly a capable and useful div1 forward so will need to be replaced

It's a real shame, clearly has a lot of talent, but circumstances here just haven't worked in his favour and he wasn't able to quite nail down his position. I do wish him good luck for his career though, if he gets the right club, he'll do really well.

He may have talent but his attitude often comes over at lazy, he's no loss , Div 1 player at best

Never really got the ‘lazy’ criticism - he isn’t. Worked as hard as anyone and carrying round a big frame and having to do a lot of the physical work as well. Sometimes his body langauage wasn’t the best but he wasn’t lazy

This. Calling him lazy, is ironically quite a lazy criticism.

Good luck to the fellah and all that, “once a Royal, always a Royal” etc etc

For me (and for most match-day team line-up announcers) a very good day

I think he fits in the Danny Loader category, great athlete etc but not really sure what his position is. Wish him well but I think this will be the downfall.
